I would like to share my great experience with Melissa Gonzalez….. I called Melissa on a Saturday afternoon as I was looking for an investment property in Orlando, told her my purchase requirements such as being close to the parks, Airbnb approved, ready to be rented , etc. In a matter of an hour I had multiples options in my inbox to be shortlisted……. Melissa was ready on Sunday 8am to make all appointments, started visiting the properties, viewed 8 in total and we were ready to make an offer on Sunday afternoon. Offer got accepted on Monday!!!
